Introduction: Due to the frequent occurrence of adrenal incidentalomas, diagnosis of their hormonal activity is a significant clinical concern. Approximately 7-10% of adrenal tumors are pheochromocytomas, which even in silent form can lead to hemodynamic instability during surgery.
